Andy Harris is the editor of Fil-Italia, the journal of the Italy and Colonies Study Circle. He took over the editorship in April 2002 following the early death of his predecessor, Colin Pilkington. 

Andy has been a member of the society since the early 1980s and has been an avid stamp collector since he was eight years old. His interest in the philately of Italy came about in the mid 1970s when his work regularly took him to Milan.
